BL Santosh Chairs Key BJP Meeting To Discuss 2024 Lok Sabha Election, Gujarat & MCD Polls
The latest meeting at the BJP headquarters is being held as less than two years are left for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
New Delhi: An important meeting is being held on Sunday at the Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) headquarters chaired by the party's National General Secretary BL Santosh. The meeting is being held to discuss the 2024 General Elections as well as the upcoming Gujarat and Delhi local body polls.
The chiefs of all morchas will be present in this meeting. The role of these morchas will be decided in the Gujarat elections and the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) polls. BJP's general secretaries are also present in this meeting.
The BJP officials are expected to present performance reviews. The Meeting was scheduled to begin at 10 am today.

In view of the upcoming elections, BJP is holding regular meetings. The latest one is being held as less than two years are left for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. While the BJP will look to retain its massive majority, the opposition parties are aiming to unitedly target the government on various issues such as inflation, unemployment, fuel prices, and more.
As for Gujarat, the state election will take place in two phases on December 1 and December 5. The results will be declared on December 8. Here, the ruling BJP is fighting the polls against the old rival Congress as well as the new entrant AAP.
For MCD, the BJP and the AAP have both released their manifesto and list of candidates while mounting attacks on each other over the woes of pollution and landfill sites in the capital.

Meanwhile, details about the discussions held in the BJP meeting are awaited.
