Assembly Election 2022 HIGHLIGHTS: Hello and welcome to ABP Live blog to find all the latest news from the polling battlegrounds of Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, and Manipur.
Ahead of the assembly polls in Punjab to be held on February 20, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address a rally in Abohar town in Fazilka district of Punjab. The Fazilka administration has declared the airspace under its jurisdiction a no-fly zone till the day of rally.
The BJP is battling the Punjab assembly polls in coalition with former chief minister Amarinder Singh's Punjab Lok Congress and the Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa-drove Shiromani Akali Dal (Sanyukt).

With the voting process for the second phase of the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections over, preparations for the third phase have started. In the third phase, voting for 59 assembly seats will be held on February 20.
PM Modi will address a public meeting in Fatehpur. Elections will be held in Fatehpur in the fourth phase of the Uttar Pradesh election. BJP's Fatehpur and Banda candidates will be present together on the stage.
In the third phase, elections will take place in seats across western Uttar Pradesh, Bundelkhand, and Awadh region. In this phase, the most keenly watched contest will be Karhal, the seat of Samajwadi Party president and former Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav.
Akhilesh is in the electoral fray from the Karhal Assembly Constituency of Mainpuri. BJP candidate and Union Minister SP Singh Baghel is contesting against SP chief.
The contest has spiced up after BJP alleged that Baghel's convoy was attacked by "SP goons" with stones and sticks near Attikullapur village in Mainpuri district.
Modi Govt Running 'Loot & Escape' Scheme For Bank Fraudsters: Congress
The Congress on Thursday accused the Modi government of running a "loot and escape" and "ease of committing fraud" scheme for bank fraudsters and questioned the "silence" of the prime minister on the ABG Shipyard scam of Rs 22,842 crore.
Party spokesperson Gourav Vallabh asked why the recovery of Rs 13,975 crore from the ABG Shipyard was not done even after the Debt Recovery Tribunal in Ahmedabad had given orders in this regard in 2018.
