Why Kejriwal Lost The New Delhi Election
The New Delhi seat, which includes Lutyens’ Delhi and serves as the heart of national politics, is one of the most prestigious constituencies. The constituency's population is a diverse mix of VIPs, slum dwellers, as well as the middle class. The primary reason why Kejriwal lost the election seems to be the corruption allegations, none of which have been proved, levelled by the BJP. Top leaders like Satyendar Jain, Manish Sisodia, Sanjay Singh, as well as Kejriwal were jailed in various money laundering cases.
