ABP-CVoter Snap Poll: Will BJP Choose Shivraj, Vasundhara, Raman Singh As CMs If It Wins MP, Raj, C'garh?

ABP News Snap Polls: The voting is set to take place in a single phase in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Telangana, and Mizoram, while Chhattisgarh will witness voting in two phases.

As the assembly elections in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Telangana, and Mizoram draw near, voters' sentiments have started to take center stage as ABP News, in collaboration with CVoter, released findings from a snap poll aimed at analysing the mood of the electorate. With voting slated to begin on November 7 and continue until November 30, all eyes are on the political landscape in these five states. The polls in the five states are being seen as a litmus test for political parties ahead of the crucial Lok Sabha polls, which will be held next year.

The voting is set to take place in a single phase in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Telangana, and Mizoram, while Chhattisgarh will witness voting in two phases. The snap poll data delves into several crucial questions to gauge public opinion in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Chhattisgarh, offering insight into voter expectations.

If BJP Wins Assembly Elections in MP, Will Shivraj Chauhan Be CM Face in MP?

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is most likely to fight the elections in the name of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Several reports even indicate that Madhya Pradesh, where the saffron party is currently in power, might not go forward with CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan.

Voters were asked about their opinion on whether Shivraj Singh Chouhan will return as CM in MP. Out of the total respondents in MP, 49.2 per cent felt that Chouhan would not return as CM, whereas 34.4 percent thought that he would return as CM. 16.4 per cent respondents were not sure.

If BJP Wins Assembly Elections In Rajasthan, Will Vasundhra Raje Be CM Face

As far as Rajasthan is concerned, 49.4 per cent of respondents think that Vasundhara Raje will not be the state CM if the BJP topples Congress in the state. 32.2 per cent of respondents felt she would be the CM, and 18.4 percent were not sure.

If BJP Wins Assembly Elections In Chhatsigargh, Will Raman Singh Be CM Face?

Chhattisgarh has the Congress government in power at present with Bhupesh Baghel at the helm of affairs. As per the ABP C-Voter Survey, 53.6 per cent of respondents think if BJP comes to power in the state, Raman Singh will not be the CM face, whereas 30.5 per cent of respondents think otherwise. 15.9 per cent of respondents are not sure.
