ABP CVoter Snap Poll: 28.6 per cent of respondents to the survey supported Rahul Gandhi as the top contender for race of prime minister in the upcoming 2024 Lok Sabha polls.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is the top choice as the prime ministerial candidate among the leaders of the Opposition’s Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance or I.N.D.I.A, according to a survey by ABP-CVoter. The ABP CVoter conducted a snap poll to gauge the opinion of voters on the strongest contender for PM in the opposition alliance. Around 29 per cent of respondents to the survey supported Rahul Gandhi as the top contender among AAP's Arvind Kejriwal, Bihar CM Nitish Kumar, SP chief Akhilesh Yadav, TMC supremo Mamata Banerjee and Uddhav Thackeray. Even though Rahul Gandhi topped the list, majority of the respondents chose 'none of the above' at 40.4 per cent.

Aam Aadmi Party’s Arvind Kejriwal was favoured by 8.9 per cent respondents while 6.2 per cent voters backed Bihar Chief Minister and Janata Dal (United) leader Nitish Kumar. Former Maharashtra Chief Minister and Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray was the choice of 5.5 per cent respondents as the candidate for the PM race among the leaders of the I.N.D.I.A bloc.
