ABP-CVoter Snap Poll: Will Congress 'Guarantee' On Caste Survey Benefit It In Rajasthan, MP, C'garh?

ABP-CVoter Snap Poll: The snap poll sought to gauge the public's perception of the election "guarantees" made by the Congress party. Here's what voters said.

With the assembly election schedule recently unveiled for five states - Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Telangana, and Mizoram - the countdown to the polls has officially begun. The polling is set to commence on November 7 and conclude on November 30, with voting taking place in a single phase in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Telangana, and Mizoram, and in two phases in Chhattisgarh. As the election season heats up, ABP News, in partnership with CVoter, has released findings from a snap poll, providing insights into the mood of voters in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Chhattisgarh.

The snap poll sought to gauge the public's perception of the election "guarantees" made by the Congress party. These "guarantees" include promises such as a caste survey, exemption in electricity bills, and raising demands for OBC reservation in the states.

Meanwhile, 22.1% of voters thought the promises would bring some benefit to Congress. Within this category, 32.5% were BJP supporters, 12.1% were Congress supporters, and 21.3% represented other parties.

Finally, 6.3% of voters expressed uncertainty about the potential impact of these promises.

In Chhattisgarh, 41.8% of voters believed that the ruling party would significantly benefit from its promises, including 23.1% of BJP supporters, 55.9% of Congress supporters, and 42.5% of others.
