ABP CVoter Opinion Poll: I.N.D.I.A Bloc Likely To Sweep Tamil Nadu, BJP Projected To Get Zero Seats In Southern State

The Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) and its alliance partners are expected to secure a clean sweep in Tamil Nadu capturing all 39 Lok Sabha seats, according to ABP CVoter Opinion Poll Data for Lok Sabha Elections 2024. DMK, part of I.N.D.I.A bloc, has established a pre-poll alliance with Congress, CPI, CPI(M), VCK, MDMK, Makkal Needhi Maiam, Indian Union Muslim League and Kongu Desa Makkal Katchi.
According to the latest ABP CVoter Opinion Poll Data for Lok Sabha Elections 2024, the DMK and its coalition partners are anticipated to secure a victory in Tamil Nadu clinching all 39 Lok Sabha seats in the state. Out of 39, the Congress are likely to bag 8 seats and DMK is projected to win 31 seats. This projection mirrors the similar outcome of the 2019 General Election in which DMK alliance bagged 38 of 39 seats.
The poll data highlights the DMK's commanding position in terms of vote share, with a projected 54.7% share, firmly establishing the party as the frontrunner. In contrast, the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) is expected to secure the second position with a vote share of 27.8%. The third spot is expected to be a gain for NDA with 10.9% vote share while the other parties are expected to have 6.8% vote share.
Lok Sabha Elections 2024: Updates From TN
As negotiations intensify for the finalisation of seat-sharing arrangements, the DMK alliance has already disclosed its partners and respective seat allocations. However, the AIADMK is yet to reveal its seat-sharing details, although indications suggest a potential alliance with the Pattali Makkal Katchi (PMK) and Desiya Murpokku Dravida Kazhagam (DMDK). Reports suggest that the AIADMK has offered 7 Lok Sabha seats to PMK and 4 seats to DMDK, but an official announcement is pending.
Meanwhile, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Tamil Nadu has solidified its alliance with the Amma Makkal Munnetra Kazhagam (AMMK), led by TTV Dhinakaran.
