Bidar: In the 2014 Lok Sabha polls, Bhagwanth Khuba from Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) won the elections by a margin of 92222 votes. The polling / voting in Bidar constituency in the 2019 General elections took place in Phase 3 on 23 April. The major contest is between Bharatiya Janata Party#s Bhagwanth Khuba and Congress Party#s Eshwar khandre b

Bidar 2014 Lok Sabha Polls

In the 2014 Lok Sabha polls, Bharatiya Janata Party won 17 out of the 28 parliamentary seat with 43 percent vote share while the Indian National Congress managed to win just 9 seats with a 40.8 percent vote share.

Out of the 24 Lok Sabha candidates who contested the 2014 Lok Sabha elections from Bidar, 22 had to deposit their security. The voters gave their mandate in favour of Bhagwanth Khuba of the Bharatiya Janta Party as he defeated N. Dharam Singh by a margin of 92222 votes.

  • 1998 Lok Sabha Elections: In 12th Lok Sabha poll, Bharatiya Janta Party candidate defated JD candidate in one-sided contest. Here, BJP candidate Ramchandra Veerappa attained 317504 votes and JD's Babu Honna Naik bagged 132871 votes.
  • 1996 Lok Sabha Elections: In 11th Lok Sabha poll, Bharatiya Janta Party candidate defated Indian National Congress candidate in one-sided contest. Here, BJP candidate Ramachandra Veerappa attained 234707 votes and INC's Tatya Rao Kamble bagged 75294 votes.

  • 1971 Lok Sabha Elections: In Fifth Lok Sabha poll, Indian National Congress candidate defated NCO candidate in one-sided contest. Here, INC candidate Shanker Dev Balaji Rao attained 207423 votes and NCO's Ramchandra Veerappa bagged 54749 votes.
  • 1967 Lok Sabha Elections: In Fourth Lok Sabha election, Indian National Congress candidate had defeated RPI candidate by a margin of 60320 votes INC candidate R. Veerappa had got 136413 while RPI got T. Masaji votes.
  • 1962 Lok Sabha Elections: In Third Lok Sabha election, Indian National Congress candidate had defeated PSP candidate by a margin of 54302 votes INC candidate Ramachander Veerappa had got 95691 while PSP got B. Shamsunder votes.
  • 1951 Lok Sabha Elections: In India's Very First Lok Sabha Polls, Indian National Congress candidate had defeated SP candidate by a margin of 53403 votes INC candidate Shoukatulla Shah Ansari had got 92105 while SP got R. V. Bidap votes.

लोकसभा चुनाव के तीसरे चरण में देशभर में 63.24 फीसदी मतदान दर्ज किया गया है. इसमें सबसे ज्यादा 79.36 फीसदी वोटिंग पश्चिम बंगाल में हुई है और इसके बाद त्रिपुरा में 78.52 फीसदी मतदान हुआ है. दादर और नगर हवेली में 71.43 फीसदी वोटिंग दर्ज की गई है और छत्तीसगढ़ में 65.91 फीसदी वोटिंग हुई. दमन और दीव में 65.34 फीसदी मतदान दर्ज हुआ है. ओडिशा में 58.18 फीसदी मतदान दर्ज हुआ है और उत्तर प्रदेश में 57.74 फीसदी वोटिंग हुई है.

लोकसभा चुनाव के तीसरे चरण में मंगलवार को 15 राज्यों की 117 सीटों पर शाम सात बजे तक 66 फीसदी मतदान हुआ. तीसरे चरण वाली इन सीटों पर लोकसभा चुनाव 2014 में 69.3 फीसदी मतदान हुआ था. उप चुनाव आयुक्त उमेश सिन्हा ने बताया कि मतदान के ये अंतिम आंकड़े नहीं हैं. 11 अप्रैल को पहले चरण में 69.5 फीसदी और 18 अप्रैल को दूसरे चरण में 69.44 फीसदी मतदान हुआ था.

आज लोकसभा चुनाव के तीसरे चरण का मतदान संपन्न हो गया है और 13 राज्यों और 2 केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों की 117 सीटों पर वोटिंग हुई है. शाम तक के वोटिंग के आंकड़े देखें तो असम में 74.05 फीसदी, बिहार में 54.95 फीसदी, छत्तीसगढ़ में 64.03 फीसदी, दादर और नगर हवेली में 71.43 फीसदी, दमन और दीव में 65.34 फीसदी, गोवा में 70.96 फीसदी, गुजरात में 58.81 फीसदी, जम्मू-कश्मीर में 12.46 फीसदी, कर्नाटक में 60.87 फीसदी, केरल में 68.62 फीसदी, महाराष्ट्र में 55.05 फीसदी, ओडिशा में 57.84 फीसदी, त्रिपुरा में 71.13 फीसदी, उत्तर प्रदेश में 56.36 फीसदी और पश्चिम बंगाल में 78.94 फीसदी वोटिंग हुई है.
