UPSC Civil Services Exam 2020: E-Summons Letter Released For Personality Tests; Check How To Download

Candidates who have qualified for the Personality Test are advised to download their e-Summon letter and its attachments for the Personality Test. No Summon letter is being sent by post.

UPSC Civil Services Exam 2020: The Union Public Service Commission has released the admit card for Personality Tests (Interviews) of the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2020 which were deferred due to the ongoing Covid-19 crisis.  

After reviewing the situation, the Commission has decided to begin the Personality Tests from August 2nd, 2021 and will end on September 22nd 2021.

Candidates must note that no request for a change in the date and time of the Personality Test (Interview) would be entertained. The schedule can check on the official website - upsc.gov.in. Candidates who have qualified for the Personality Test are advised to download their e-Summon letter and its attachments for the Personality Test. No Summon letter is being sent by post.

How to download the UPSC Civil Services Admit Card for Interview:

  • Visit the official website - upsc.gov.in.
  • Click on the 'Interviews' tab on the right the home page.
  • A new page will appear, click on the E-Summons Letter link.
  • A fresh page will appear, fill in the details. 
  • Download and take a print out for future reference. 

Things to keep in mind before the interview: 

On the day of the interview, a candidate needs to carry the following documents:
  • Original documents to support the educational qualifications
  • Original caste certificate (if applicable)
  • Certificate of disability (if applicable)
  • Photo ID proof

Candidates who qualify the final cut-off (mains marks + personality test marks) will be selected for various posts in IAS, IPS, IFS, IRS and other group A and B services.
