SWAYAM January 2024 Exam Rescheduled Due To Lok Sabha Elections; Check Details

The National Testing Agency, NTA has rescheduled the SWAYAM January 2024 examinations.

SWAYAM January 2024: The National Testing Agency, NTA has rescheduled the SWAYAM January 2024 examination. According to the official notice, SWAYAM exam was rescheduled in light of the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections. The SWAYAM January 2024 exam which was scheduled on May 25, 2024, will now be conducted on May 27, 2024. Candidates interested in applying for the Study Webs for Active Learning for young aspiring minds can submit their application forms by April 18, 2024. Candidates are advised to visit the official website at exams.nta.ac.in for detailed information regarding the updated schedule.

SWAYAM is a programme initiated by the Indian Government designed to achieve three cardinal Education policy principles. The main objective of this effort is to take the best teaching resources to all, including the most disadvantaged. Courses delivered through SWAYAM are available free of cost. However, candidates wanting a SWAYAM certificate should register themselves for the final proctored exam.

The official notification stated, "In continuation to Public Notice dated 06 October 2023, it is hereby informed that due to elections in few states of India, the SWAYAM January 2024 Semester Exam scheduled on 25th May 2024 will now be conducted on 27th May 2024".

The duration of the SWAYAM January 2024 exam will be 180 minutes. There will be two shifts on the exam day, the first shift will be conducted from 9 am to 12 pm, and the second shift will be conducted from 3 pm to 6 pm. The medium for the question paper will be English, except for language courses where questions will be asked in the respective languages.
