Approximately 1.9 Crore candidates had registered for the RRB Group D Recruitment 2018 against advertisement number CEN 02/2018, in one of the largest direct recruitment drive by the Indian Railways through which it aims to generate employment opportunities for 62907 matriculates in the country. It is notable here that the selected candidates will be placed in Level 1 of the 7th CPC pay matrix for various posts including Cabinman, Trackman, Leverman, Pointsman, Helper-II, Gr. D (Store), Keyman, Shunter, Welder, Fitter, Porter, Helper-II (Mech), Helper-II (ST), Gr. D (Engg.), Gangman and Switchman. The Computer Based Test for RRB Group D Recruitment 2018 was successfully conducted in phases and now the RRB Group D Answer Key 2018 is awaited.
