Online Admission Process For St. Stephen's College From July 7; Here's All You Need To Know

The admission process for St. Stephen's College will begin from July 7 and end on July 18.

New Delhi: Delhi University's St. Stephen's College will commence its online application process for admission in undergraduate courses on July 7. ALSO READ | Wrong Question Papers, Trouble Signing In: DU Students Report Serious Concerns After First Mock Online Exam The process will continue till July 18 and be conducted entirely online. St. Stephen's holds its admission process separately and releases a separate cut off list as well. All applicants have to first complete the registration process on DU's centralized admission portal as they need a registration number generated by Delhi University to apply for courses at St. Stephen's College. This year, the college will conduct admission interviews online because of the Coronavirus scare. Candidates will be assessed on the basis of academic capability, co-curricular activities, and General Awareness and Sense of Value. A list of candidates shortlisted for interviews will be released on St. Stephens' official website. ALSO READ | CBSE, Facebook Partner To Train Teachers & Students On Digital Safety, Augmented Reality For the online interview, students need to have a printout of the interview call letter, certificate for date of birth (10th certificate), and mark sheet of the qualifying exam. Candidates belonging to the Christian category are required to submit a copy of the certificate of Baptism/Certificate of Confirmation (valid from at least two years prior to the last date fixed for receipt of application). If the candidate is from a Church that practices Adult Baptism, a Certificate of Dedication of the candidate at childhood is required, the prospectus informed. The Christian aspirants will also have to present a letter of recommendation from the Parish Priest, duly endorsed by the Bishop of the Church or a person of equivalent/higher authority, a letter of membership of the candidate in a church and a letter of membership of both of the parents in a church. Candidates applying under reserved categories need to have their reservation certificates (whichever applicable). Students who completed their qualifying examination from a Foreign Board need an equivalence certificate from AIU if their board/examination is not mentioned in the list of boards/exams regarded as equivalent to CBSE 12th board released by Delhi University.
