NIFT Entrance Exam 2024 To Be Held Tomorrow: Check Exam Day Guidelines And Other Details

The NIFT Entrance Exam 2024 will be held on February 5, 2024, in the CBT mode at designated centres across the country.

The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) will conduct the NIFT Entrance Exam 2024 tomorrow, February 5, 2024. Candidates who have registered for the exam looking for a seat in one of the various campuses of NIFT across the country, will be appearing for their entrance exam tomorrow. The admit cards for the exam have already been released 0n the official website for the exam, and candidates can download the same from the official website - nift.ac.in. 

The NIFT Entrance Exam 2024 will be held on the online CBT (Computer Based Test) on February 5, 2024, as per the official schedule. The exam is slated to be held in test centres across 60 cities in the country. 

One among India’s foremost institutes in design education, the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) conducts its own entrance exam every year at the national level to shortlist suitable candidates for its various undergraduate and postgraduate programmes offered across various NIFT campuses across the country. At present, different NIFT campuses offer multiple programmes at the undergraduate and postgraduate level.

With the exam day knocking on door, admit cards released, and candidates winding up their last leg of preparation, here are some key points that candidates must note on the day of the NIFT Entrance Exam 2024:

NIFT 2024 Exam Day Guidelines

  • Candidates must carry their admit cards on the day exam along with Admit card along with Self Declaration (Undertaking) downloaded from the NTA Website (a clear printout on A4 size paper) duly filled in.
  • Candidates should carry only a simple transparent Ball Point Pen / Pencil / Erasers /Ruler (In a transparent pouch). Candidates appearing for CAT also need to carry their Colouring & Drawing material. For CAT a physical Question Booklet with space for responses will be provided at the Centre. 
  • Additional photograph (same as uploaded on the Online Application Form) to be pasted on the attendance sheet in examination Room/ Hall. 
  • Candidates should also carry along with any one of the authorized photo IDs (must be original, valid, and non-expired) – College Identity Card with photograph/ PAN card/ Driving License/ Voter ID/ Passport/ Aadhaar Card (With photograph)/E-Aadhaar with photograph/ Ration Card with photograph/ Bank Passbook with Photograph.
  • PwBD certificate and UDID issued by the authorized medical officer, if claiming the relaxation under PwBD category vi. Personal transparent water bottle vii. Sugar tablets/fruits (like banana/apple/orange) in case the candidate is diabetic.
