NEET PG Counselling 2023: Registrations For Stray Vacancy Round Begin On mcc.nic.in - Check Details

The MCC will release the seat allotment result for the NEET PG Stray Round Counselling 2023 on October 14, 2023.

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has started the registration process for the NEET PG Stray Round Counselling 2023. Candidates can apply for the counselling on the official website - mcc.nic.in, till 12:00 pm, October 11, 2023. Registered candidates will also be able to pay their counselling fees till 03:00 pm, October 11, 2023. Registered candidates will also be able to fill their choices till 11:59 pm, October 11, while the facility to lock choices shall be available on the MCC portal from 04:00 pm to 11:59 pm, October 11, 2023. 

Following the closure of the registration window, the MCC will process the seat allocation on October 12 and October 13, 2023. The MCC will release the NEET PG Stray Round Seat Allotment Result 2023 on October 14, while candidates allotted seats will be required to report at their allotted colleges from October 15 to October 20, 2023, till 05:00 pm. 

Candidates may note that those who have not yet secured a seat in the previous NEET PG 2023 Counselling rounds through MCC or state quota are eligible to participate in the stray vacancy round. Candidates who have accepted an allotted seat in any state quota counselling or those who have been allotted seats in the third counselling round are not eligible to apply for the stray round counselling. 

Notably, following the reduction of NEET PG 2023 Cut-Off percentile to ‘Zero,’ the MCC conducted a fresh Round-3 Counselling for NEET PG 2023. Earlier last month, the MCC after receiving a nod from the MoHFW (Ministry of Health and Family Welfare) reduced the NEET PG 2023 qualifying percentile.
