NEET PG 2024 Counselling: Those who cleared the NEET PG exam can apply for counselling from September 20, 2024.
NEET PG 2024 counselling registration will start on September 20, 2024, according to FAIMA officials. The detailed NEET PG counselling schedule PDF will be available on the official website shortly. Eligible candidates with valid NEET PG scores will be able to register online at mcc.nic.in by September 26, 2024. The medical entrance exam for admission to MD, MS, DNB, and Diploma programmes was held on August 11 in two shifts across 416 venues in 170 cities. Results were declared on August 23.
A total of 2,28,540 candidates appeared for the 3-hour 30-minute exam, which was conducted in English and consisted of 200 multiple-choice questions divided into three parts. The merit list for the 50% All India Quota (AIQ) seats was published on September 4 on the official websites natboard.edu.in and nbe.edu.in.

NEET PG Counselling 2024 Overview
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) manages the seat allocation process for deemed universities, central universities, 50% All India Quota (AIQ) seats, and 50% state quota seats. Candidates must complete the online registration to participate in the counselling process. It is mandatory for all aspirants to register online to be eligible for seat allotment. Seat allotment results will be announced by MCC based on the candidates' choices, seat availability in specific institutes, reservation criteria, and other factors. The results will be released separately for each counselling round.
