Allahabad HC Recruitment 2021: Allahabad High Court has invited applications for the 94 Law Clerk posts on a contractual basis for one year.

Allahabad HC Recruitment 2021: Allahabad High Court has invited applications for recruitment to the post of Law Clerk on a contract basis for one year. According to the notification released on the official portal of Allahabad High Court, a total of 94 posts are to be recruited through this recruitment drive.

Interested and eligible candidates will have to download the application form from the official portal and send it to the High Court by August 28 by filling the hard copy properly and attaching the copy of other necessary attested documents.

Allahabad HC Recruitment 2021: How to Download Application Form?

1. First visit the official website of Allahabad high court.

2. Scroll down on the homepage and click on the Recruitment tab.

3. Click on the PDF link "Notice for inviting applications for the post of Law Clerk (Trainee) in the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad".

4. Read the instructions and take a printout of the application form.

Application fee:

Candidates have to pay the application fee of Rs 300 through demand draft. Candidates may note that the application forms are also available at the counters opened in Allahabad High Court and its Lucknow bench by paying a fee of Rs.300.

Documents needs to be attached with the application form:

Applicants need to submit a copy of the 10th class attested mark sheet, 10th certificate as age proof, intermediate mark sheet and pass certificate, Graduation/Post-graduation mark sheet and certificate and certificate of extracurricular activities, and computer knowledge in addition to Rs.40/- Along with the postage stamp, two self-addressed 5'x10' size envelopes will also have to be attached.

Educational Qualification:

Law Graduates from any recognized college/University with at least 55% marks who have not started practice as Advocate or are engaged in any other profession or profession/service are eligible to apply. Those who have appeared in LLB final year exam this year can also apply. Applicants should have basic knowledge of computers, data entry, and word processing.

Age Limit:

Those applying to these posts should not be below 21 years of age and not above 26 years of age.

Selection Process:

Candidates will be selected based on Interviews which will be held at Allahabad only. Selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs 15,000.
