The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) will close the registration for January 2024 admissions today. Students interested in enrolling in open and distance learning (ODL), as well as online learning (OL) programs, can submit their applications on the official website, ignou.ac.in. Additionally, IGNOU will be closing the re-registration window for the January 2024 session without any late fees. New applicants to IGNOU programs are required to register on the university’s portal. It is advised by IGNOU to ensure the provision of accurate mobile numbers and email addresses as confirmation and other pertinent updates regarding admission and courses will be communicated through these channels.
At the time of admission, candidates are obliged to pay a non-refundable registration fee along with the program fee for the first semester/year. Payment methods include net banking, UPI, and credit or debit cards. If online payment transactions do not reflect immediately, candidates are advised against making a second payment right away. IGNOU recommends waiting for a day, checking the payment status, and then attempting the payment process again.
