The Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI Bank), will stop accepting applications for the IDBI Bank Recruitment 2023. Interested and eligible candidates can submit their application forms online on idbibank.in. The application fee for IDBI Bank Recruitment 2023 is Ra 1,000 for General, EWS & OBC candidates, and Rs 200 for SC/ST candidates.

Notably, the IDBI Bank is conducting the recruitment drive to fill up a total of 600 vacancies for the post of Assistant Manager, and 114 vacancies for the post of Specialist Cadre Officers. The bank started calling online applications for the recruitment of candidates for both the posts, in February 2023. As per the earlier schedule, the last date to apply for the IDBI Bank Recruitment 2023 was February 28, 2023. However, the bank subsequently extended the application deadline. 

IDBI Bank Recruitment 2023: Selection Procedure

The selection process for the recruitment of Assistant Managers and Specialist Cadre Officers under the IDBI Bank Recruitment 2023 is different. For the post of Assistant Manager, candidates would be shortlisted through an Online Examination followed by Document Verification, Personal Interview (PI), and Pre-recruitment Medical Test (PRMT). The online test shall consist of objective-type questions from Logical Reasoning, Data Analysis & Interpretation, English Language Quantitative Aptitude, and General/Economy/Banking Awareness/ Computer/IT. 

The shortlisting of candidates for the post of Specialist Cadre officers shall be done of the basis of preliminary screening of candidates as per their qualification, experience, and suitability for the post, followed by Personal Interview or Group Discussion, based on the banks discretion.
