CBSE 12th Results 2019: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the Class 12th Result 2019 today i.e. on 2nd May 2019. The country’s largest education board took over 12.87 lac higher secondary students by surprise by declaring the CBSE Class 12th Results 2019 at 1pm today without any prior announcement.

The country’s largest education board took over 12.87 lac higher secondary students by surprise by declaring the CBSE Class 12th Results 2019 at 1pm today without any prior announcement. The overall pass percentage for CBSE Class 12th Result 2019 has been recorded at 83.4%, which is marginally up from  83.01% in 2018, and 82.02% in 2017. CBSE Class 12 Results 2019 out! From toppers to pass percentage; Here's all you need to know The coveted top position this year has been held jointly by two girl students hailing from the state of Uttar Pradesh - Hansika Shukla from DPS, Meerut, Ghaziabad & Karishma Arora from S. D. Public school, Muzaffarnagar. Both the students secured 499/500 marks i.e. 99.8%. Gender-wise, girls registered a pass percentage of 88.70%, performing 9% better as compared to boys at 79.4% pass percentage. The district surpassed its own last’s year pass percentage of 97.32%. Chennai, Tamil Nadu followed suit with 92.93% pass percentage, and with Delhi at number three with 91.87%. The CBSE officials announced the Higher Secondary Results 2019 in a press conference held at New Delhi, India. Soon after the results were hosted on CBSE’s official results’ portal – cbseresults.nic.in.
