Delhi MCD Polls 2022: Kasturba Nagar Assembly Constituency Wards After Delimitation — Check Details

Delhi MCD Election 2022: Civic polls are scheduled in Delhi on December 4 to elect 250 councillors of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi. Votes will be counted and results will be declared on December 7.

MCD Election 2022 Live: Delhi State Election Commissioner (SEC) Vijay Dev on November 4 announced dates for the long-due Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) polls. Delhi State Election Commission announced that voting for unified three municipal corporations - East Delhi Municipal Corporation, South Delhi Municipal Corporation and North Delhi Municipal Corporation - into one MCD will be held on December 4. Counting of the votes will be held on December 7 and the results will be announced the same day.

Kasturba Nagar Assembly Constituency Wards*

In the Kasturba Nagar Delhi assembly constituency, there are a total of three wards to go under poll in the 2022 MCD election. The names of the three wards of the Kasturba Nagar assembly constituency are Andrews Ganj, Amar Colony, and Kotla Mubarakpur.

1. Andrews Ganj: In the Kasturba Nagar Delhi assembly constituency, Andrews Ganj is ward number one hundred-and-forty-five in the Delhi Civic Polls 2022 and has a total population of 66,237. The Andrews Ganj (Ward 145) MCD seat is reserved for women.

2. Amar Colony: In the Kasturba Nagar Delhi assembly constituency, Amar Colony is ward number one hundred-and-forty-six in the Delhi Civic Polls 2022 and has a total population of 56,045. The Amar Colony (Ward 146) MCD seat is unreserved.

3. Kotla Mubarakpur: In the Kasturba Nagar Delhi assembly constituency, Kotla Mubarakpur is ward number one hundred-and-forty-seven in the Delhi Civic Polls 2022 and has a total population of 49,669. The Kotla Mubarakpur (Ward 147) MCD seat is reserved for women.
