Saif Ali Khan's Attacker Entered His House Through Washroom — Police Reveal Details
The accused said that he had gone there with the intention of theft. When there was chaos in the house, he attacked Saif to save himself.

Saif Ali Khan Attacked: The man who attacked actor Saif Ali Khan on January 16 revealed how he entered his house on the 12th floor. According to the accused, he had started working in a hotel in Bandra a few days ago and would walk into this area late at night after his shift was over.
He reached Saif's house after seeing that there was no guard or CCTV at the back of the building. The accused reached the fire exit of the stairs through the parking area and climbed up to the 11th floor via the stairs. After reaching there, he found a way to go to the duct area. After entering it, he came out directly inside the washroom in Saif Ali Khan's house.
The Mumbai police on Sunday arrested the accused, Shariful Islam Shehzad Mohammad Rohilla Amin Fakir, a Bangladeshi national, in neighbouring Thane city. The accused said that he had gone there with the intention of theft. When there was chaos in the house, he attacked Saif to save himself.
The police will recreate the crime scene to find out whether the accused is right or wrong.
Saif's Attacker Slept At Bus Stop After Attacking Him
The man slept at a bus stop near Patwardhan Garden in Bandra West till 7 am on January 16 after the incident, an official was quoted as saying by PTI. Later, he boarded a train and reached Worli (in central Mumbai).
"Our probe has found that he took the stairs to the seventh-eighth floor, then entered the duct area, climbed to the 12th floor using a pipe, and broke into the actor's flat through a bathroom window. He then came out from the bathroom, where he was seen by the actor's staff, which led to the chain of events that resulted in the attack," the official added.
