Sonam Conspired Husband's Murder On Wedding Day, Took This Vow From Raja

Sonam Raghuvanshi, with her boyfriend Raj Kushwaha, planned her husband Raja's murder, on their wedding day

Sonam Raghuvanshi, the prime accused in the murder of her husband, Raja Raghuvanhi had planned the murder with her suspected boyfriend, Raj Kushwaha on the wedding day itself.

New details have been emerging in the sensational murder case that has made national headlines.

As per the sources, Raj cried profusely on the day Sonam got married which prompted his friends to kill Raja Raghuvanshi.

Apart from Sonam and Raj, three more accused were arrested by the police including Akash Rajput (19), Vishal Singh Chauhan (22), and Anand Kurmi.

On the wedding day, Raj reportedly told Sonam to bring her husband to Shillong where they would kill him.

Sonam Took This Vow From Raja

According to Raja's mother, Uma Raghuvanshi, Sonam stayed at her in-law's house for just four days after the marriage before going to her parent's home. Then suddenly, she informed Raja that she has planned a trip to Kamakhya temple, reported The Times of India.

"Unless we visit Kamakhya, we will stay away," she had told Raja, as per the sources.

As per the report, the request to visit Kamakhya temple in Assam helped the killers close in on their location.

Raj, Sonam's Hawala Link

The sources also said there were suspected links of Raj and Sonam to Hawala business. Hawala transactions worth crores have been found on Raja's phone along with photo of notes used in such transactions, they added.

According to sources, Sonam's bank account was being used for hawala transactions and Raj had borrowed  50 thousand rupees from a hawala dealer in Pithampur which was given to three friends before the murder.

Raja and Sonam got married on May 11 in Indore after which they travelled to Meghalaya for their honeymoon. The couple disappeared on May 23 hours after checking out of a homestay at Nongriat village, 20 km from where Raja's body was found on June 2.

Sonam who went "missing" after Raja's body was found, later surrendered at the Nandganj police station in Uttar Pradesh's Ghazipur, nearly 1,200 kilometres from the crime scene.
