Caught On Camera: Surat Cop Thrashes Boy For Entering Street During VVIP Rehearsal, Faces Flak
A police officer in Surat, Gujarat, was allegedly caught on camera thrashing a boy on a bicycle for entering a street during a VVIP rehearsal.

In a shocking incident, a police officer in Surat's Gujarat was allegedly seen thrashing a boy, who was riding cycle, after he entered a street during the VVIP rehearsal.
As per the details, ahead of PM Modi's visit to Surat, a police rehearsal was taking place in the city. However, the boy unknowingly entered a street during the rehearsal.
In the visuals, a police officer stopped the boy, pulled his hair and beat him for taking that route. A video of the same has been going viral on social media.
A user posted the video on X (formerly Twitter) of the same and wrote, "This Gujarat Police officer brutally thrashed a harmless kid on a cycle just for coming in between the convoy of Police VVIP movement rehearsal. Look at how he makes a fist and punches the kid. Name and shame this cop until he is suspended!"

Samna Digital reported that the cop was identified as PSI B A Gadhvi and said that action was taken against Gadhvi and he was placed in the control reserve.

The cop was on duty in Surat for PM Modi's event and police protocol, posted in the Morbi district otherwise, FPJ reported.
