Union Minister Kiren Rijiju and Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu were among the notable dignitaries who attended the celebrations at the Tsuglagkhang Temple, the official residence of the Dalai Lama. In the days leading up to His Holiness the Dalai Lama's birthday, devotees and monks across Tibetan settlements and monasteries engage in spiritual rituals.
