Another 'Pran Pratishtha' At Ayodhya Ram Mandir On June 5
Ayodhya's grand Ram temple will hold the Pran Pratishtha ceremony of the Ram Darbar on its first floor on 5 June. The temple trust is fully prepared.

Ayodhya Ram Mandir: The Ayodhya Ram Mandir is gearing up for another historic moment. Preparations are underway for the Pran Pratishtha (consecration) ceremony of the Ram Darbar on the first floor of the Ram temple in Ayodhya. The Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra trust and associated organisations have begun extensive preparations.
The event will not only see the consecration of the Ram Darbar but will also see the gilding of the peaks of 5 out of the 6 spires within the temple complex. These temples are dedicated to Lord Shiva, Hanuman, Surya Dev, Ganesha, Goddess Durga, and Goddess Annapurna, located within the outer walls of the Ram Mandir complex.
Gilding Of Temple Peaks To Begin Soon
The work of gilding the temple peaks will commence after May 20, with the moulds for the gold plating arriving in Ayodhya after May 17th. These moulds are currently being finalised in Delhi. By May 30, the main peak and other peaks within the complex will be adorned with gold, enhancing the grandeur of the Ram Mandir.
The Pran Pratishtha of the Ram Lalla idol was performed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on on January 22, 2024. The event was attended by saints, Shankaracharyas, religious leaders, and lakhs of devotees from across the nation. This historic moment was witnessed by the entire country with reverence and emotion on television and social media.
Ram Darbar Consecration On June 5
Now, the Ram Darbar will be consecrated on June 5. Grand idols of Lord Ram, along with those of Sita, Lakshman, Bharat, Shatrughan, and Hanuman, will be ceremonially installed on the first floor of the temple. According to the Ram Mandir trust, the first floor will be fully ready by the first week of June, following which the grand ceremony will be held. Devotees and saints from India and abroad are expected to attend this event.
The construction of the Ram Mandir is nearing completion. Larsen & Toubro is undertaking the construction, while Tata Consulting Engineers is overseeing the project. The garbhagriha (sanctum sanctorum) and related structures have already been completed.
