New Delhi: Mukesh Ambani retains the top spot in Forbes magazine's 100 richest Indians list after he added $4 billion to his net worth in the year 2021.

Gautam Adani has is at the number two spot with 74.8 billion fortune. According to Forbes ‘it is only $17.9 billion shy of Ambani.’
The third place on the list has been taken by the founder and chairman of HCL, Shiv Nadar whose wealth increased by $10.6 billion due to the surging tech sector. Hist net worth has reached $31 billion.
The list also shows that Savitri Jindal, chairperson of OP Jindal Group, has entered the Top 10 club again with $18 billion increase.
The magazine has also reported that the richest Indians saw a 50 percent increase in their wealth just during the last two years of the pandemic. Forbes says that India's 100 richest are now worth $775 billion.
Reliance Retail Ventures (RRVL), on October 7, said it would launch the US-based 7-Eleven convenience stores in India, according to news reports.
The first 7-Eleven store is set to open on October 9 in Andheri East, Mumbai, the company said. Following this, there will be a "rapid rollout" of the stores across key neighbourhoods and commercial neighbourhoods in Greater Mumbai.
