Gold Prices Take A Dip While Silver Undergoes A Rise; Check Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai Closing Here
Gold, Silver Price Today: The decline in global gold prices and rupee appreciation is being cited as the reason behind the decline in gold rates in Delhi.
New Delhi: HDFC Securities reported that Gold prices fell by Rs 208 to Rs 44,768 per 10 gm in the national capital on Wednesday, in line with the disappointing developments in the international market.
Gold had closed at Rs 44,976 per 10 grams in the previous trading session. Meanwhile, Silver prices reached Rs 68,194 per kg, a rise of Rs 602, as compared to the previous close of Rs 67,592 per kg.

Even though the rupee was trading around 45 paise stronger against the dollar during the day, gold was trading lower at USD 1,730 an ounce and silver was also marginally down at USD 26.68 an ounce in the international market.
