Politics heat up again on Ram Mandir issue | Samvidhan Ki Shapath
The Supreme Court on Friday fixed January 10 as the fresh date for beginning a hearing in Ayodhya Land Dispute case. The court said that a “3 Judge bench” will hear the case. The same bench will therefore decide the course of further hearing in the case; which means how will the further hearing take place.
No sooner the matter came up, the CJI said it is the Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid case and went ahead with passing the order.
