America reiterates offer to arbitrate border dispute between India, China

American President Donald Trump has given a huge statement over India and China standoff. He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi was not in a good mood over the 'big conflict' between India and China. 
On the other hand, he reiterated his offer to arbitrate the border dispute between the two countries.
Trump stated the comment while he interacted with the journalists at the oval office in the White House.
