Vaccination Drive for 18+ will begin today; these states refuse citing lack of vaccines

The vaccination drive for those above the age of 18 begins today though most states including Delhi, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Tamil Nadu, Jammu and Kashmir have said that due to the shortage of supply they are unlikely to begin the Phase 3 of the vaccination drive or it will be limited to a few districts. Delhi, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Tamil Nadu, Jammu and Kashmir, Karnataka, Goa, Uttarakhand, Jharkhand, Arunachal Pradesh have said that they will not be able to begin inoculating today.
