President Kovind presented Shaurya Chakra to Major Vibhuti Shankar Dhoundiyal (Posthumous), Rashtriya Rifles. He exhibited unparalleled valour and exceptional leadership qualities in various operations resulting in elimination of five terrorists & recovery of 200 kg of explosives.

President Ram Nath Kovind on Monday conferred the Gallantry awards, including two Kirti Chakras, one Vir Chakra and 10 Shaurya Chakras, for the year 2020.
