In his first speech during his inaugural visit to the valley since the abrogation of Article 370, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, "This is the Jammu-Kashmir we all had been waiting for years". PM Modi visited Srinagar's Bakshi Stadium on Thursday, inaugurating development projects and participating in the "Viksit Bharat Viksit Jammu Kashmir" programme.
