Kanpur News: Heated argument b/w SP's Aziz Khan & Avnijesh Awasthi over intelligence failure

A violent clash broke out between two groups belonging to different communities allegedly over a market shutdown in Kanpur in Uttar Pradesh on Friday. At least 800 people were booked, 24 were arrested and 12 were detained so far over rioting and violence in Kanpur, which left about 40 people injured.
