Writer Rakesh Bharti has moved the High court against the makers of the movie 'Chapaak', starring Deepika Padukone.
As per Bharti's petition, the story of the acid attack's survivor Laxmi was orginally penned down by Rakesh Bharti. 'Plaintiff had been approaching different artistes from time to time and accordingly have narrated the story to those artistes and producers for the purpose of taking the services,' read the petition.
