Water freezes in Shimla after heavy snowfall

Tourists love the weather in Shimla and other parts of Himachal Pradesh but the winters have brought trouble for the residents. After heavy snowfall, water has frozen in the state capital. As soon as water comes out of the pipes, it freezes, creating problems for the people. According to Met Department, Shimla today saw the night temperature at 1.1 degrees Celsius, while popular destination Manali recorded a low of minus three degrees.
