UP Elections 2022: Big Jolt to BJP, 4 sitting MLAs resign
In a major setback for the Bharatiya Janata Party ahead of the Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections 2022, four BJP sitting MLA's have resigned. Hours after Cabinet Minister Swami Prasad Maurya resigned from office and joined Samajwadi Party (SP), Bilhaur MLA Bhagwati Singh, Tilhar MLA Roshan Lal Verma have resigned from their positions. According to ABP sources, Banda MLA Brijesh Prajapati has also resigned from the office.
