Target killing in Jammu & Kashmir: Driver killed in Kulgam in another terror attack

Suspected terrorists shot and killed a civilian in Kulgam district on Wednesday, in the latest example of migrant workers and settlers being targeted in the Kashmir valley. Satish Kumar Singh, who was shot outside his home in Kakran village and died in hospital from his injuries, was identified by J&K Police. Singh worked as a driver and belonged to the Rajput community, who arrived from Punjab some 70 years ago in the villages bordering Kulgam and Shopian.
