SC To Pronounce Judgment On Kejriwal's Plea Challenging His Arrest Today | ABP News
The Supreme Court is scheduled to deliver its verdict on Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's petition challenging his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with the money laundering case related to the now-scrapped Delhi excise policy on Friday. According to the cause list uploaded on the apex court's website on July 12, a two-judge bench comprising Justices Sanjiv Khanna and Dipankar Datta will pronounce the verdict. The bench had reserved its verdict on Kejriwal's plea on May 17. In April, the Supreme Court had sought a response from the ED on Kejriwal's plea challenging his arrest in the money laundering case
