Polling process commenced at least 2 hours late, claims Lovely Anand

Lovely Anand was talking to the media and accused the ruling government of NDA of delaying the polling process in the areas which favour Rashtriya Janata Dal. Lovely said that the polling process commenced two hours late. She said, "Our voters were troubled due to such things. On the other hand, such delays were not seen at the places where voters belonged to other parties".
