Prime Minister Narendra Modi replied to the motion of thanks to the President's address in Rajya Sabha today and launched a scathing attack on the Congress party. Hitting out on the grand old party, PM Narendra Modi on Tuesday said that Congress' thinking has been hijacked by 'urban Naxals'.
