Nirbhaya case: Tihar DG calls meeting to decide on executioner

DG of Tihar jail has called a meeting to decide from where the executioner will be called. In all likelihood, the Tihar administration will send a request to either Uttar Pradesh or some other jail in southern India. Earlier in the day, Patiala House Court issued the death warrant for the convicts in the case. The death of commuting death penalty has been set as  January 22, 2020.
