MCD 2022 Election Result: BJP-AAP in close contest as counting of votes underway for 250 wards

The close fight between Bharatiya Janata Party and Aam Aadmi Party continued in the first hour of counting with flip-flop of leads in the trends between the two parties. While earlier BJP was ahead of the AAP hinting towards a result opposite the exit polls, the Arvind Kejriwal-led AAP soon took over and as per the latest trends, the AAP is leading on 125 wards while BJP is ahead on 118 wards.
