Know why alcohol shops remained shut in Haryana despite lockdown relaxation

During lockdown 3.0, relaxation was provided by the government and hence alcohol shops were opened up. But despite the move, alcohol shops in Haryana remained shut. The reason was that the shopkeepers denied to buy the quota of alcohol bottles and the payment of licence fee. On the other hand, the government is pressuring to buy the bottles as per quota only
