Kashmir IG Vijay Kumar on series of terrorist activities, 'they don't want peace'
Kashmir IG, Vijay Kumar, addressed a press conference post a series of terrorist activities in the valley. He said that the terrorists did not want peace in the region and hence were targeting innocents. He added that it was Pakistan who was behind all this. He also said that Nadeem Abrar was killed in Parimpora encounter.
