J&K: Decorated cop caught with Hizbul terrorists

A Rashtrapati medal awardee, DSP Devendra Singh was recently caught in the company of alleged Hizbul terrorist. According to sources, National Investigation Agency (NIA) has been given the responsibility of the case.
