JDU's Vashishtha Narayan slams opposition for raising questions on EVM

JDU's Bihar President Vashishtha Narayan Singh slammed the opposition for raising questions on EVM. He said that they are only restless after NDA's win that is why they are putting fake allegations. 
The RJD in a tweet put out a list of 119 seats where the Grand Alliance candidates had won after completion of counting, and allegedly returning officers had congratulated them for the victory, but they were not given certificates.
