Hearing begins in SC over petition of Rajasthan Assembly speaker CP Joshi

Hearing has started in the Supreme Court on the petition of CP Joshi, Speaker of Rajasthan Legislative Assembly. Kapil Sibal is putting arguments on behalf of the speaker.

Kapil Sibal, who is cross-examining on behalf of the Speaker, has said in the court that the hearing in the High Court against the Speaker's order should be stopped.  The speaker has the right to give notice to the MLAs.
