Hathras Case: Know what CBI has mentioned in the chargesheet

Central Investigation Agency (CBI) has filed a charge sheet today in the much talked about Hathras case of Uttar Pradesh. The CBI has filed a chargesheet in the Hathras court. All four accused in the chargesheet of the investigating agency are accused of rape and murder. All the accused, including the main accused Sandeep, are included in the CBI charge sheet, and a section of the gangrape SC-ST Act has been imposed.
