Has Bangladesh found a vaccine for Coronavirus?

Within four days, Bangladesh successfully cured 60 patients of Coronavirus with a combination of Ivermectin and Doxycycline. This claim has been made by famous doctor of Bangladesh, Doctor Tariq Aalam. He claimed that both the anti-bodies when given in a combination, cured 60 patients.
Few patients, who were facing breathing issues, were given both the anti-bodies. It did not lead to any side-effects and cured the patients successfully
