From 5424 to 9375, how did COVID deaths rise by 73 percent within a day in Bihar

Within just a single day, a huge spike is being seen in the number of COVID deaths in Bihar. The figures were around 5000 a day ago and now they have crossed the 9000 mark. Since the revised figures have been out, a new controversy has begun. Watch the report to know more about this.
